In September 2019, as Hurricane Dorian was passing through North Carolina, I was looking at some Wilmington, NC webcams and found some amazing streaming video. Most of these webcams record at 15 frames per second or less. In the dark, when the rain was backlit, with water drops on lenses, and light coming from the front as well, the webcams were streaming this compelling video. I screen-captured about 20 minutes worth of Dorian rainfall video from various webcam locations for this 3.5 minute video. Toward the end of the video, the lights along the pier begin dancing to the music.
